The quarter chicken was the juiciest chicken we’ve ever had! It was so delicious! We also had the loaded fries with pulled chicken. Again, very delicious! The papaya dressing on the salad was yummy. All of the staff were very friendly. It was an excellent dinner! We will definitely be back!
2 shredded pork tacos definitely worth the price. Pair it with self serve beer (happy hour prices too) and it’s a perfect lunch spot. Will definitely be back to try the other bbq items. Even though only 1 girl working everything on a Thursday afternoon she was super hospitable and prepared the food quickly.
Absolutely delicious!!!! I crave this and must eat here every time I'm on the island!!! My go-to is always the 14 chicken. I don't know how they do it, but it's so yummy!!! Bonus points for amazing fries and onion rings!
I've been wanting to visit Chicken in a Barrel for several years and today was the day! We had Chicken and Ribs. The chicken was so tender and the ribs were "fall off the bone" juicy. To top things off we tried out the beer wall. What a great experience. Definitely going back.
Really amazing BBQ place with a large variety of serve yourself draft beer. The food quality is amazing. The atmosphere is fun. One of the unique things they do is after they have smoked the meat, it’s kept in a steamer. This makes the meat moist while preserving the smoke flavor. The chicken (hence the name) is particularly amazing. See photo of “barrel” where they do the smoking.
We were visiting for the week and stopped here for lunch because they had gluten free options. When I called, the server said they had gluten free corn bread, but when I arrived and asked a different server, I confirmed that it was not. I ordered the Sampler plate for 25.50 and it was enough for two people. My husband had the loaded fries (not gluten free). Everything was great. I found the ribs to be a little dry and lacking meat but over all 5stars. Beautiful location in a shopping center. Blues and classic rock music played over the speakers. Fountain drinks and beers. Bbq sauce options.
Really chill little outdoor BBQ place with a self-serve beer station. The chicken was excellent! The beer selection was plentiful. Just a cute escape amongst the outdoor shopping area.
Amazing food. Definitely, get the sampler so you can try it all. The beer is amazing. If you have kids you definitely have to take them so they can help keep the chickens out with the water guns. 100 percent recommend.
